We offer a variety of horse riding safaris along the edge of the River Nile. Popular horseriding safaris are the two-hour river and village rides or the wonderful luxury overnight package, staying at a beautiful riverside lodge. We keep calm natured Thoroughbred horses, all well schooled and very experienced for horseback trekking. Abundant wildlife, huge rapids, views of Lake Victoria, and the River Nile make this horse riding experience distinctive and fascinating. There are no fences in the area we ride, so we have access to all types of terrain from river frontage, through rain forest to mountain tops. So bring your camera for some amazing photography oportunities. We are located in Jinja with plenty of nearby accommodation. (The Haven, Kingfisher Safari Lodge, Nile River Explorers Campsite/Backpackers, The Nile Porch, Adrift Nile High Campsite, Jinja Nile Resort, Gately On Nile and the Palm Tree. Our stables are oppisite Bujagali falls on the Kampala side of the Nile, just 10 minutes out of Jinja town centre and an hour and quarter from Kampala. We can also arrange transport to and from our premises just contact us. So if you are coming to Jinja on an overland/safari tour or just filling in weekends for those living in Kampala, our horse rides are the perfect adventure break activity.
